Matchbox Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Matchbox is a popular British toy brand which was introduced by Lesney Products in 1953, and is now owned by Mattel, Inc, which purchased the brand in 1997. The brand was given its name because the original die-cast Matchbox toys were sold in boxes similar to those in which matches were sold. The brand grew to encompass a broad range of toys, including larger scale die-cast models, plastic model kits.
Julie mentioned, "I could tell this Matchbox toy was poor quality immediately. Once put together my son likes to play with it, but since it falls apart so easily he lost interest. We have had this toy 1 year and it stays in pieces in a bin in the closet. I hate it when that happens with toys. I considered donating it to my kids preschool, but it wouldn't stay together so....its really just a piece of trash. Which I have found to be the case on all Matchbox car garage toys."
Dominic Ottery says"After ordering a item a week ago and it not showing that it had left yet, I emailed to find out what was happening and had a response of oh sorry yeah its lost, this happens and we dont have any now in stock do you want to order something else or we can offer you a refund... extremely poor service that I had to chase to find out what was going on would never shop here again and wouldn't recommend"
